President's Bulletin
Dear neighbors,
Happy New Yr Neighbors!
I hope yous all had a wonderful holiday flavor. The Board and I begin
this twelvemonth with a renewed sense of purpose following our HOA annual
meeting in mid-Nov. We had vigorous turnout to talk over how
the HOA can best serve the neighborhood , whether as-is, equally a
mandatory organization, or through dissolution. We also discussed
the Mineral Debate and other fences backing to public space. Past vote,
the quorum decided to continue the HOA as-is. Maintenance of the
Mineral contend was decided to be the responsibility of the private
homeowners who have those fences on their properties. The Board
recommends that homeowners replacing their fence match the
existing fence fashion every bit closely as reasonably possible so that the
Mineral argue continues to take visual coherence, simply also recognize
that homeowners are free to do as they please.
Please continue to contact u.s. with idea for charitable and social
events, as well as for service needs. Along with the renewal of our
HOA vision for the side by side term, we are humbled at the community'due south
continued trust in the electric current lath members through our reelection
to another term (or is it a case of 'tag, you lot're it!'). In all seriousness,
we are humbled by your continued trust in our leadership. Nosotros likewise
welcome a new Vice-President and Covenant Commission Lead, Joe
Chalupa. His leadership will be instrumental in re-invigorating our
covenant enforcement (remember to coil in your trash cans!).
Wishing you a happy winter flavor!
